Archer Integrated Risk Management is seeking a Vice President of Product Marketing responsible for the end-to-end narrative of Archer and Evolv. The role involves building messaging architecture, leading product launches, and developing a high-performing product marketing organization.
Responsibilities:
- Own Archer's category narrative end-to-end and the Evolv AI differentiation story that separates Archer from every other GRC incumbent
- Build the messaging architecture for the Archer platform and Evolv AI across the seven Evolv capability domains, with segment-specific variants for CCO, CAE, CRO, CISO, and Board-level buyers
- Lead product launches end to end including GTM strategy, enablement, field readiness, and post-launch measurement
- Lead competitive strategy and intelligence including live battlecards, win/loss analysis, displacement plays, and quarterly competitive briefs to the executive team
- Own analyst relations strategy for Gartner, Forrester, IDC, Chartis, and Verdantix — narrative architecture, briefing strategy, evidence trail, and Archer's positioning for Magic Quadrant, Wave, MarketScape, and RiskTech100 evaluations
- Build the sales narrative that wins — decks, demo scripts, ROI models, objection handling frameworks, executive briefing collateral, and the competitive playbook that the field actually uses
- Own ICP definition and buyer persona infrastructure — shared with Demand Gen, and Sales
- Build and lead a high-performing PMM organization — 1x Sr. Director, 4-5x PMMs, 1x Partner Marketing Manager, 1x Competitive Intelligence Lead — develop their craft, set the bar, and drive executive-grade output across every deliverable
- Govern the AI agents that run continuously inside the function —including prompt strategy, output review cadence, and the human-in-the-loop quality gates that make agent output trustworthy
- Partner directly with the CEO, CCO, and CPTO, on Archer's category positioning — this is the most important narrative in the company, and this role carries it externally
- Serve as a public voice for Archer in keynotes, analyst briefings, customer advisory boards, and industry events including Archer Summit, RSAC, Gartner Risk and Compliance, and the regional GRC Summits in EMEA and APJ
Requirements:
- Have run product marketing at the VP level in enterprise B2B SaaS, ideally with direct competitive history against ServiceNow at the platform level
- Have deep domain expertise in GRC, IRM, compliance, enterprise risk, or cybersecurity
- Have positioned an AI-native product before
- Think in systems and run a PMM organization that scales
- Are an AI-first operator
- Move fluently from category strategy to one-pager copy
- Have built and developed senior PMM teams
- Are commercially obsessed
- Operate at executive altitude
- Prior VP- or Senior Director-level product marketing leadership at ServiceNow, MetricStream, AuditBoard (Optro), OneTrust, IBM OpenPages, RSA, or another GRC, IRM, or enterprise risk software company
- PE-backed B2B SaaS leadership experience, with comfort presenting to PE sponsors on category strategy and value-creation thesis
- Established analyst relationships at Gartner, Forrester, IDC, Chartis, or Verdantix in the GRC, IRM, or risk management coverage area
