Webologix Ltd/ INC is seeking a highly motivated and talented Software Engineer to join their growing team in the USA. The role involves developing, customizing, and supporting ServiceNow solutions to improve operational efficiency and business processes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform
- Implement and support ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management
- Design and develop workflows, Flow Designer solutions, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies
- Create integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and deliver technical solutions
- Troubleshoot, debug, test, and optimize ServiceNow applications
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, code reviews, and deployment activities
- Maintain technical documentation and support platform upgrades and enhancements
- Ensure compliance with ServiceNow development standards and best practices
Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: Master's Degree (Required) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field
- 0–3 years of experience in ServiceNow Development, Application Development, ITSM, Software Engineering, or related domain
- Strong understanding of software development concepts, enterprise applications, and web technologies
- Basic knowledge of ITIL frameworks and IT Service Management processes
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
