Founding Lead Recruiter

Charge Robotics is a Series A startup building robots that build solar farms, addressing the labor bottleneck in the booming solar project market. As the Lead Recruiter, you will own the recruiting process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience while collaborating with hiring managers to meet hiring goals.

Responsibilities:

• Build our talent function and recruiting processes from scratch
• Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to negotiating and closing
• Be a strategic partner to hiring managers across the company, collaborating on candidate strategy and ensuring that hiring goals are met in a timely manner with top-tier candidates
• Create a positive, seamless, and fair candidate experience
• Initially lead employee onboarding until we can grow into a larger people function
• Report to and collaborate closely with our founder/CEO
• Be the face of Charge Robotics and help us build a stellar employer brand
