Huckleberry Labs is a company dedicated to building life-changing products for families. They are seeking a User Acquisition Manager to execute their user acquisition strategy, manage paid acquisition campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth for their parenting app.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and manage global app and web paid acquisition campaigns across channels like Google, Meta, TikTok, and others, while maintaining our CAC and ROAS targets
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for campaign performance optimization
- Manage and optimize a multi-million dollar budget across paid media channels
- Partner closely with creative and brand teams to develop scalable ad creatives and performance-driven messaging strategies
- Explore and evaluate user growth opportunities and prioritize by impact
- Build and manage testing frameworks (A/B tests, creative/ad copy experiments, audience tests, bid tests)
- Act as liaison to our affiliate marketing agency and manage key relationships with our ad platform partners
- Collaborate with product, data science, and lifecycle marketing teams to improve acquisition-to-retention performance
- Contribute to overall growth strategy and identify new acquisition channels, audience opportunities, and scalable growth levers
