They are seeking a highly driven individual to lead the delivery and success of healthcare AI solutions across strategic customer accounts, ensuring meaningful impact and strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Own a variety of strategic customer accounts from post-sales handoff through ongoing engagement
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with clinical, operational, technical, and executive stakeholders
- Serve as the primary point of accountability for customer needs
- Develop account-level strategies aligned to customer goals and organizational priorities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Keebler Health AI solutions in complex environments
- Translate customer requirements into clear execution plans and drive delivery against milestones
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (sales, product, engineering, clinical) to ensure successful implementation and ongoing delivery of requirements
- Ensure implementations meet quality, timeline, and regulatory expectations
- Coordinate continuous improvement in how solutions are deployed and supported over time
- Own the full customer journey, including onboarding, adoption, optimization
- Monitor account health and proactively identify risks, gaps, or opportunities
- Define, track, and communicate success metrics tied to clinical, operational, and financial outcomes
- Ensure customers achieve meaningful ROI and sustained value from AI solutions
- Drive adoption across diverse stakeholder groups
- Identify and support opportunities for expansion and deeper impact
- Contribute to playbooks, tools, and best practices that enable repeatable success
