Zero Risk Growth is a B2B lead-generation agency recognized for its advanced AI-powered outbound systems. The Outbound Marketing Manager will lead the delivery of outbound email campaigns, combining data engineering and creative marketing to generate qualified meetings for clients.
Responsibilities:
- Build targeted, high‑performing cold email campaigns that generate qualified meetings
- Write cold email sequences using frameworks, signals, and creative angles
- Test, optimize, and iterate to maintain strong reply and meeting rates
- Ensure consistent delivery of qualified meetings across all clients
- Source, enrich, and validate ICP‑aligned prospect lists (Clay, Apify, Apollo, scrapers)
- Build highly targeted ICP‑aligned lists with segmentation and prioritization
- Ensure data accuracy, structure, deduping, and validation
- Use AI prompting for research, angles, personalization, and testing
- Build new outbound workflows and GTM systems that improve performance
- Innovate across data, messaging, and workflow design
- Build advanced Clay workflows using signals (hiring, funding, tech stack, job changes, content)
- Create multi‑step automations, conditional logic, and enrichment pipelines
- Implement lead scoring, prioritization, and TAM segmentation
- Automate repetitive tasks to save hours and improve operational efficiency
- Maintain deliverability, domain health, and sending infrastructure
- Diagnose performance issues early and implement improvements
- Ensure campaigns launch on time and meet performance benchmarks
Requirements:
- 4+ years writing cold B2B email campaigns (Required)
- 4+ years in cold email lead generation (Required)
- 2+ years building workflows, tables, and signals in Clay (Required)
- Strong AI prompting and AI‑assisted marketing skills
- Experience with list‑building tools (Apify, Apollo.io, scrapers, etc.)
- Deep understanding of outbound signals and relevance frameworks
- Knowledge of deliverability and sending best practices
- Creative, strategic thinker with strong outbound instincts
- Ability to diagnose, optimize, and scale outbound performance
