The role involves representing a portfolio of innovative aesthetic products and requires building strong relationships with medical professionals in the aesthetics field.
Responsibilities:
- Represent BENEV's injectable and aesthetics portfolio including neuromodulators, exosomes, and a K-beauty skincare line
- Build and manage relationships with decision-makers in med spas, dermatology, and plastic surgery practices
- Operate with a consultative, practice-building mindset, selling outcomes rather than just products
- Manage your own pipeline and calendar without needing leads handed to you
Requirements:
- Bring 2+ years of aesthetics or pharmaceutical sales experience selling injectables, devices, or skincare to med spas, dermatology, or plastic surgery practices
- Have an established provider network in your territory, not just LinkedIn connections, but real relationships with decision-makers who take your call
- Operate with a consultative, practice-building mindset, you sell outcomes, not just products
- Are genuinely self-directed, you manage your own pipeline, your own calendar, and you don't need someone to hand you leads
