Build relationships with key business leaders to identify key areas of growth and drive new business development.
Identifies and analyzes customer preferences to properly direct sales efforts.
Consult with potential customers to understand their needs; identify and suggest equipment, products, or services to meet them.
Become an expert in Wavelynx’s products and services to educate the market on solutions and articulate the Wavelynx value proposition.
Work with customers to tailor a solution for them using Wavelynx products.
Review and analyze sales and operational records and reports; use data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets.
Collaborate with executive leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies.
Acts as company representative at trade association meetings.
Requirements
A bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, related field, or a comparable record of sales leadership experience is required.
At least 5 years of sales experience is required, with experience in access control or the security industry, or SaaS sales preferred.
Previous experience in building a sales function for a product line is desired.
Proven ability to deliver on revenue targets.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
