GoTo Technologies USA, LLC is a company that connects businesses and people with technology solutions. They are seeking a Business Development Representative to prospect new clients, engage potential customers through various outreach methods, and execute marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition.
Responsibilities:
- Research, create, develop targeted prospect lists
- Execute marketing campaigns to increase new user acquisition and conversions
- Work on centralized outbound campaigns in partnership with Marketing, the vertical team, MSP program, and Partners
- Leverage your understanding of the personas we’re targeting and the business problems our products solve to create curiosity/generate interest with prospective GoTo customers
- Mainly through outbound call programs as well as via online chat, and email
- Meet or exceed KPIs while focusing on quality
- Collect, analyze, report data around performance, campaign, and operational execution to drive conversions and qualified leads
- Share, learn, collaborate with team members and managers to develop strategies, improve execution, and ideas that drive business results and career progression
Requirements:
- Professional experience requiring determination, grit, and resilience
- Positive and energetic phone skills, active listening skills, strong writing, and presentations skills
- Must feel comfortable with cold outreach, thorough prospect cadences, and multithreading
- Coachable, naturally curious, and intrinsically motivated
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- High degree of business acumen and technical aptitude
- Sales methodology training and proficiency in Sales CRM tools a plus
- 1-year prior SaaS Sales experience & 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
