HCML is the UK’s leading provider of rehabilitation, case management, occupational health, and workplace wellbeing services. They are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to target the intermediary market and expand their client base within the occupational health and wellbeing sector.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities from prospecting to sale to deliver new business and achieve personal sales targets
- Use industry knowledge and experience to support the creation and execution of sales strategies designed to increase HCML’s market share and presence
- Communicate, liaise and negotiate internally and externally using the appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships
- Work collaboratively with the Groups marketing function to ensure synergy and consistency in the approach to new business within the corporate healthcare market
- Support Bid Manager with tender opportunities from bid writing to presentations
- Work collaboratively with operations to ensure new customer requirements are understood and delivered
- Travel as required to meet the demands of a customer facing role
- Represent HCML at conferences, trade shows and other events as required
Requirements:
- 5+ years in corporate healthcare sales
- Knowledge and experience of Private Healthcare market, with particular experience in Occupational Health
- Demonstrable track record of driving revenue growth through new business
- Confident user of Microsoft Office – creating and producing regular pipeline and sales reporting
- Worked recently in similar role and & business with extensive knowledge of the industry
- Experience of working with Microsoft dynamics for reporting purposes
- Sales and business development training/qualifications
