The Senior Product Manager will drive end-to-end product ownership, ensuring successful delivery and measurable business impact while leading a squad through discovery, roadmapping, and post-launch iteration.
Responsibilities:
- Full Business Outcomes: Own the end-to-end success of your squad, including discovery, KPIs, Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, and post-launch iteration
- Data-Informed Roadmapping: Build and maintain a transparent product roadmap that aligns directly with overarching business outcomes and strategic goals
- Vision and Strategy: Define the long-term product vision for your feature area in close partnership with design and engineering leads
- Structured Discovery: Execute rigorous discovery processes, utilizing frameworks like Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD), problem framing, and assumption testing
- Experimentation & Analysis: Analyze A/B test results and experimentation data to derive actionable insights and drive product decisions
- Stakeholder Representation: Act as the primary voice for your squad in planning forums, articulating priorities and navigating complex trade-offs with clarity
- Mentorship & Pairing: Support the growth of the product organization by guiding L1/L2 PMs through pairing, active feedback, and informal mentorship
- Upstream Influence: Proactively surface user insights and market signals to influence high-level product strategy and future initiatives
Requirements:
- 4–7 years of product management experience with a demonstrated history of squad-level ownership and impact and experience in a consumer application space
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in A/B testing, KPI tracking, and making data-driven decisions
- The ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous environments with minimal supervision while maintaining high velocity
- A track record of shipping impactful features and successfully measuring their outcomes against original goals
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills, including the ability to present compelling narratives to senior leadership
- Familiarity with fintech compliance, earned wage access (EWA) regulations, or experience working with partner banks is a significant plus
