Responsibilities:
- Follow up with individuals who have requested information about available programs
- Schedule, book, and confirm virtual appointments
- Explain processes and next steps in a clear and professional manner
- Answer general customer inquiries and provide support
- Assist clients with completing basic digital forms
- Send appointment reminders and follow-up communications
- Maintain accurate and organized client records
- Utilize online systems to manage daily activities and customer interactions
- Participate in remote training sessions and team meetings
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
