
The University of Iowa Stanley Museum of Art is hiring an experienced Administrative Services Coordinator (100% appointment) to provide administrative support to the Museum director and staff, including clerical, office administration, and communications support and information management.
In this role, you will provide essential logistical support to ensure smooth administrative operations. Key duties include managing the Director’s calendar to prioritize their time effectively amidst competing demands, acting as the first point of contact for callers and correspondents, and facilitating communication among Museum staff, board members, and external stakeholders.

Liaise with vendors and the UI purchasing department to manage supplies and inventory.

Compensation: $42,000-$50,000 with Competitive Benefits
