Academic Events Manager

Base44 is on a mission to bring vibe coding to every campus, accelerator, and creative community in the world. As an Academic Events Manager, you will own the execution of a high-volume events program, coordinating and managing events across various platforms while building relationships with partners and tracking performance.

Responsibilities:

• Book and manage weekly events per quarter across universities, VC accelerators, NGOs, and community spaces across the US
• Own all logistical details: from agenda setting, to merch and content creation
• Use AI tools to streamline coordination, and maximize event efficiency
• Be on the ground at events, ensuring smooth execution and troubleshooting in real time
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, community, and enterprise teams to align on event goals and ensure strong partner handoffs
• Build and maintain relationships with university partners, event hosts, and community organizers
• Track event performance and provide detailed reports on results and impact
