
Role Descriptions:
7+ years of hands on experience with Oracle Fusion Payroll & Benefit implementations (Fusion HCM).
Strong functional expertise in: Oracle Payroll (US)401(k) configuration and processing Retro payroll and adjustments Leave of Absence (LOA)Payroll costing setup Absence Management Core HR Benefit Proven experience in payroll process review optimization and redesign.
Strong understanding of payroll compliance controls and audit requirements.
Experience with third party benefits or 401(k) providers and payroll integrations.
Exposure to payroll reconciliation reporting and dashboards.
Experience supporting payroll transformations or standardization initiatives.
Expertise in: o Benefits configuration (plans programs life events rates)oUS Benefits domain knowledge
Experience in handling: o Multi-vendor benefits landscape o Complex eligibility and deduction scenarios
Ability to work independently onsite owning requirements design and solutioning.
Experience working directly with business stakeholders and translating requirements into functional solutions.
Strong analytical problem solving and communication skills.
