FIS is a technology company powering the world’s economy, and they are seeking a high-performing Sales Executive to manage and grow a focused portfolio of reseller and referral partners. This role involves deepening existing partnerships while proactively identifying new opportunities to drive revenue and execute FIS's partnership-led go-to-market strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage a defined portfolio of FIS Referral and Reseller partners, including bank and alliance reseller and referral partners
- Build and execute joint plans that produce measurable results: pipeline development, partner-sourced opportunities, enablement, marketplace alignment, and GTM activities
- Drive cross-functional alignment with Sales, Product, Delivery, and Marketing to ensure partner efforts support active opportunities
- Maintain strong operating rhythm with partners, ensuring predictable engagement and follow-through
- Track and report progress using practical metrics such as active opportunities, completed GTM actions, and executed enablement sessions

- Strong operating discipline around planning, prioritization, and execution

- Experience in partner management, alliances/banks, fintech, or enterprise software preferred
- Familiarity with Bank and Alliance partner motions, including re-sell models, joint GTM, and marketplace integration
- Experience building or managing partner-driven pipelines
- Background in reseller.alliance partner ecosystems
- Proven ability to simplify complexity and align diverse stakeholder groups
