Associate Process Manager Roles and responsibilities:
- Editing and Proofreading: Ensure content matches brand tonality and accurately represents the brand’s online presence.
Collaboration with Design Team: Partner with designers to convert written content into engaging visual elements, providing suggestions for fonts, colors, infographics, and other design components.
- Coordination with CRM Team: Plan, strategize, and execute content marketing initiatives in collaboration with the CRM team, ensuring timely and efficient campaign delivery.
- Brand Consistency: Drive brand consistency across all platforms by maintaining high editorial standards and proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies.
- Industry Trends and Technologies: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, including AI, to ensure content strategies are innovative and effective.
Technical and Functional Skills:
Minimum of 5 years in technical copywriting for Omni-channel campaigns and brand collateral, including NPI, whitepapers, newsletters, etc.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English, or a related field.
- Strong editorial, proofreading, and writing skills.
- Familiarity with keyword research and SEO copywriting best practices.
- Proficient in social media and content marketing, capable of crafting compelling narratives that captivate audiences, generate conversions, and add value to the business.
- Demonstrated experience working with global brands, understanding their unique content needs and adapting strategies to fit diverse, international audiences.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
