The Facilities and Assets Officer is a key operational role within Ruah’s Corporate Services team, reporting to the Facilities & Asset Manager.
This role is responsible for coordinating property maintenance, managing assets and fleet, and supporting workplace health and safety systems across a diverse portfolio of sites. You will work closely with internal teams and external contractors to ensure Ruah’s workplaces are safe, compliant, and fit for purpose.
You’ll play a vital role in enabling frontline services by ensuring facilities run smoothly, risks are proactively managed, and compliance obligations are met.

This is a full-time permanent position (38 hours per week, Monday to Friday), based in Northbridge with travel to metropolitan and regional sites as required.
