In this role, you will contribute to enterprise risk management, governance reporting, audit and assurance programs, regulatory compliance, accreditation activities, policy and procedure review, quality management systems and continuous improvement initiatives.
Working closely with leaders across the organisation, you will support risk assessments, risk registers, compliance monitoring, internal controls, audit action tracking, quality reporting and organisational performance. You will also build strong stakeholder relationships and contribute to the ongoing development of Ruah's Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) framework.
This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in risk management, compliance, internal audit, corporate governance, quality assurance, policy development, regulatory compliance, data analysis, reporting, operational risk, strategic risk and stakeholder engagement. Ruah is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Risk & Audit Officer to support governance, risk, audit and quality activities across the organisation.
Reporting to the Head of Governance, you will assist with maintaining risk registers, coordinating audit and assurance activities, monitoring key quality and compliance indicators, supporting accreditation requirements, and contributing to policy and governance processes. You will play an important role in providing insights and recommendations that support informed decision-making and continuous improvement across the organisation.
This is a full-time permanent position.
You are an analytical and collaborative professional with strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively across all levels of an organisation.
