LexisNexis Risk Solutions is a leading provider of innovative solutions designed to address major challenges in risk-related data analytics. The Business Development Director will be responsible for winning new business and expanding the company's presence across Nordic countries, leading complex sales cycles and engaging with C-suite executives.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full sales cycle—from proactive prospecting through to close, with a strong focus on new logo acquisition
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and reporting in Salesforce
- Drive regular face-to-face engagement (10 F2F meetings/month)
- Use MEDDPICC and Value Pyramid to deeply understand customer needs and align solutions
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Solution Consulting, and Technical teams to close complex deals
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to drive long-term growth
- Collaborate with market planning, marketing, regulators, and external partners to drive strategic initiatives
- Work with account management teams to close cross-sell opportunities
- Leverage tools such as Gong and Lusha to drive effective prospecting, pipeline management, and deal execution
