The Flex is building an AI-powered operating system for B2C brands, and they are seeking Growth Marketers to help reach potential customers. The role involves owning growth channels, generating leads, running experiments, and collaborating closely with the founder to drive the company's growth.
Responsibilities:
- Own a growth channel end to end — or run across several — setting the strategy, running the campaigns, and answering for the results
- Generate leads and drive signups — build and run the motions that fill the pipeline, from paid and SEO to outbound and referral
- Run experiments fast — test hooks, audiences, funnels, and offers; kill what doesn't work and scale what does
- Use AI everywhere it gives you an edge — for research, copy, targeting, automation, and speed
- Build funnels and landing pages that convert, and obsess over the numbers behind every step
- Work closely with the founder on positioning, messaging, and where to point the growth firepower next
- Track everything — you live in the data and can tell a clear story about what's working and why
Requirements:
- You're a fast learner above all — you may specialise in one growth channel or be a generalist across many, but either way you pick up new skills quickly and love figuring things out
- You're hungry to get great at growth — you don't need to be an expert yet, but you're determined to become one of the best
- You're AI-savvy and use modern tools to work faster and smarter than a traditional marketer
- You're scrappy and self-directed — you take a goal and figure out the how, without waiting to be told
- You're analytical — comfortable with data, attribution, and turning insight into action
