911 Equipment, Inc. is an enterprise dedicated to the supply and service support of industrial and emergency equipment. The Senior Vice President of Project Operations and Delivery Management is responsible for planning and executing the company’s project delivery systems, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget while enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Formulate company-wide project delivery strategies and operational management systems
- Establish standardized project management processes (initiation, execution, monitoring, delivery, and post-project review)
- Drive the unification and optimization of global/regional delivery systems
- Oversee the end-to-end management of major projects from initiation to delivery
- Ensure the achievement of project goals regarding scope, schedule, cost, and quality (QCD)
- Establish mechanisms for project risk identification, early warning, and mitigation
- Optimize project operational efficiency and resource allocation mechanisms
- Drive the digitalization of project management (PMO systems, BI analytics tools, etc.)
- Enhance overall delivery capabilities and process replicability
- Ensure the successful delivery of projects for key clients and strategic initiatives
- Manage major delivery risks and resolve critical customer issues
- Improve customer satisfaction and contract renewal rates
- Establish and lead the enterprise-level PMO (Project Management Office) system
- Design project governance mechanisms and decision-making processes
- Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration (R&D, Product, Sales, Supply Chain, etc.)
- Manage global/regional project managers and delivery teams
- Develop competency models and training systems for project managers
- Build a high-performance project delivery organization
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Over 20 years of experience in project management or delivery management, including at least 8–10 years in senior management roles
- Proven experience in delivering large-scale, complex projects (multinational, cross-departmental, or multi-system)
- Strong capabilities in risk management and resource coordination
- majors in Engineering Management, Project Management, Computer Science, Business, or related fields preferred
- Familiarity with PMO system establishment and project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, etc., preferred)
- Experience in SaaS, IT system integration, energy, manufacturing, or engineering industries preferred
