NikoHealth is a rapidly growing SaaS company transforming how Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and Home Medical Equipment (HME) providers operate. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to fuel growth by identifying and engaging potential customers, creating opportunities for the sales team, and serving as the first point of contact for prospective clients.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential customers within the DME/HME and broader healthcare sectors
- Engage prospects through email, phone, and social media to spark interest in NikoHealth’s solutions
- Conduct initial conversations to understand potential customers’ challenges and qualify leads for the sales team
- Work closely with the Account Executive team to develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Schedule meetings and demos for the Account Executive team, ensuring a seamless handoff
- Accurately document and track all prospect interactions in CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
- Partner with the sales team to support campaigns, provide feedback, and enhance lead generation efforts
- Stay informed on industry trends, product updates, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate NikoHealth’s value proposition
Requirements:
- 1-3+ years of experience in a sales, customer service, or related role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport
- Self-motivation and a goal-oriented mindset, with a passion for exceeding expectations
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and an ability to learn new tools quickly
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience prospecting in the SaaS or healthcare industry
- Familiarity with DME/HME operations or healthcare technology
