Metasys Technologies is seeking a highly motivated Product Marketing Manager to join their Growth Acquisition team. This role will support acquisition marketing initiatives across a fast-paced, cross-functional organization, focusing on developing growth marketing strategies and executing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Develop growth marketing strategies using:

- Execute acquisition marketing campaigns and partnerships from concept through delivery

- Support testing, learning, and continuous improvement efforts
- Drive initiatives from strategy development through execution

- Coordinate activities across multiple workstreams and ensure projects remain on schedule
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and leadership teams
- Analyze marketing and acquisition performance metrics
- Use customer behavior and performance data to guide recommendations
- Build presentations, reports, and strategic narratives for stakeholders and leadership
- Understand the Connected TV (CTV) ecosystem, including:
- OEM partners
- Streaming platforms
- Identify opportunities related to:
- Customer acquisition
- Content discovery
- Merchandising
- Growth marketing partnerships
- Stay informed about entertainment industry trends and competitive developments
- Contribute wherever needed, including:
- Strategy development
- Data analysis
- Presentation creation
- Campaign execution
- Demonstrate a hands-on, team-first approach to achieving business goals
Requirements:
- Experience in one or more of the following: Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, Acquisition Marketing
- Strong strategic thinking abilities
- Ability to connect data insights, customer behavior, competitive intelligence into actionable marketing strategies
- Experience using data to drive business and marketing decisions
- Understanding of Paid Media, Digital Marketing, Websites/E-commerce (.com), Partner Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Product Marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities
- Highly proactive and self-motivated

- Based in the Pacific Time Zone (preferred, not required)
