Twelfth is a company that helps sales teams connect with senior buyers through personalized experiences. They are looking for an Experiential Marketing Manager to oversee client delivery, manage projects, and utilize AI tools to enhance marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Own client delivery end to end: kickoff, planning, execution, and follow-through on booked meetings
- Run the Howdy process exactly as documented, using our standard operating procedures, training materials, and Claude Skills
- Do signal and ICP research on target buyers and accounts, and use that data to shape who we go after and how
- Design and coordinate real-world experiences for buyers
- Keep clients informed with clear, professional communication and steady project management
- Track progress, hit deadlines, and keep multiple moving pieces organized across accounts
Requirements:
- Strong project management — you keep many details and deadlines on track without being chased
- Strong hands-on AI skills with Claude, used daily in real work (not occasional or experimental)
- Ability to use Claude Skills and follow defined AI workflows
- Very strong B2B marketing experience
- Real experience with buyer signals, ICP research, and using data in the sales process
- Event marketing or experiential marketing experience of some kind (field events, dinners, 1:1 experiences, etc.)
- Ability to follow a defined process and stick to standard operating procedures and training material
- Strong client experience and clear, confident communication
- Ability to overlap with US business hours
- Fluent English
- Account-based marketing (ABM) background
- Experience working directly with sales teams
- Comfort coordinating vendors or logistics for in-person events
