The Director, Marketplace Marketing is responsible for driving go-to-market strategies for U.S. Marketplace growth and global partner engagement, ensuring marketing activities are informed by market feedback and optimized for performance.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute marketing strategies to accelerate revenue growth and increase market share among U.S.-based buyers
- Partner closely with the Sales organization to co-develop messaging, competitive insights, and tools that empower the U.S. sales team to win
- Ensure all buyer-facing campaigns and messaging frameworks are grounded in the 'voice of the buyer,' translating market trends into distinctive, audience-centric execution
- Drive the strategy for deepening engagement with our global supplier base, ensuring partners see continuous value in the Xometry ecosystem
- Work in lockstep with Operations and Network teams to support the recruitment of high-quality global partners through targeted marketing programs
- Define and amplify the global partner narrative, ensuring it resonates across different regions while maintaining a consistent brand voice
- Forge deep relationships across Sales, Product, Operations, and Marketing to ensure all marketplace and partner initiatives are tightly aligned with business priorities and product roadmaps
- Establish measurement frameworks to track performance across both buyer and partner workstreams; apply data-driven insights to refine strategy and demonstrate clear business impact
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team while remaining actively involved in day-to-day strategic execution
