About this role
We are seeking a Business Analyst Associate to support Agile delivery teams by managing production readiness, operational coordination, and change management activities. .
The ideal candidate has 2 5 years of Business Analyst or Delivery Analyst experience, excellent project coordination skills, and hands-on experience with Jira, ServiceNow, Agile delivery, and change management processes.
Key Responsibilities
Production Readiness & Change Management
- Coordinate end-to-end production readiness activities across Agile delivery teams.
- Create, update, and manage ServiceNow change requests (Normal, Routine, Break/Fix).
- Ensure all required documentation, approvals, and implementation plans are completed before CAB review.
- Track change requests throughout the approval and implementation lifecycle.
- Coordinate production deployment schedules and readiness activities.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 2 5 years of Business Analyst, Delivery Analyst, or similar experience.
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
- Experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments.
- Proficiency with Jira and ServiceNow (or similar tools).
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and process management skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
