Job Description:
- 7 10 years of experience in business analysis of Customer Experience (ERP, MRP, APS).
- Strong knowledge of CX and Service Domain
- Experience with ERP integration, SQL, and BI tools (Power BI preferred).
- Familiarity with enterprise data platforms (Databricks, AWS, ).
- Superb communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics clearly.
- Proven ability to work in Agile teams and influence outcomes without direct authority.
