Acorns is a financial wellness app that helps everyday people and families save and invest money for the long term. They are seeking a Brand Marketing Manager to lead impactful brand marketing campaigns, execute a content creator strategy, and deepen connections with young investors and parents. The role requires a senior marketer who can integrate innovative strategies and manage relationships with external partners.
Responsibilities:
- Build Integrated Campaigns: Design and execute impactful, content-first brand campaigns across social, digital, in-app, PR, partnerships, experiential, and influencer channels
- Write Creative Briefs & Positioning: Craft exceptional brand positioning, creative briefs, and marketing plans that connect cultural moments directly to the Acorns brand mission
- Execute End-to-End: Own the campaign lifecycle from original ideation through execution and post-launch optimization, ensuring total precision in delivery
- Leverage Emerging AI Tools: Proactively integrate AI tools and workflows into the creative development process to scale content production, increase campaign agility, and explore innovative storytelling mediums
- Manage Agencies & Partners: Confidently represent the Brand Marketing team with external agencies, creators, and internal leadership, successfully navigating legal and compliance requirements
- Drive Creator Marketing: Support full-funnel creator and influencer marketing strategies from high-level brand awareness down to conversion-driven demand
Requirements:
- 6–9 years of experience in brand marketing, social media strategy, branded content programs, or influencer/creator management
- Proven track record of executing multi-channel, social-first integrated campaigns from the ground up
- Impeccable strategic judgment and a deep understanding of internet culture, social trends, and community building
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to seamlessly collaborate with creative, legal, compliance, and agency relationships
- Thirst for delivering game-changing products and campaigns that redefine how families look after their financial wellness
- Exceptional drive and precision in delivery, with the agility to project manage and prioritize under tight timelines
