Warehouse Exchange is a logistics tech startup that connects businesses needing flexible warehouse space with operators. The Growth Marketing Manager will work closely with the CEO to create marketing content, run campaigns, and utilize AI agents to enhance marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Create ads, videos, and content that actually perform, across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, and wherever our audience shows up next
- Run experiments constantly: new hooks, new formats, new channels, keep what works, kill what does not
- Direct AI agents to produce campaign variants, landing pages, and content at a pace no traditional team can match
- Tell the Warehouse Exchange story through customer stories, video, and social, and help build a founder-led presence on LinkedIn
- Help bring exciting ideas to life: a podcast, operator events, community, whatever you can make the case for
- Track what you spend and what it returns, and report on cost per lead, pipeline, and what to do next
Requirements:
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on marketing experience in B2B, marketplaces, e-commerce, or a creator or agency background with real performance results
- You make things. Ads, short-form video, memes, landing pages, posts that traveled. You have a portfolio and you are proud of it
- You have run paid campaigns yourself, even small ones, and you know your numbers: what you spent, what it returned, what you changed
- You use AI tools daily and it shows. You can go from idea to twenty ad variants before lunch, and working alongside AI agents excites you
- You think about marketing constantly. You will show up to the interview with ideas about how Warehouse Exchange should show up online, not just questions about the tools
- You want ownership and speed, not process and layers. Being measured on results sounds like freedom to you, not pressure
- Experience marketing to business audiences or a two-sided platform
- Video editing and short-form content skills (CapCut, Premiere, or AI video tools)
- Exposure to commercial real estate, logistics, or supply chain
- A personal audience you built anywhere: TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, a newsletter
