Senior IT Project / Program Manager

GlobalSource IT is seeking an experienced IT Project / Program Manager to lead key enterprise initiatives. The role involves managing multiple IT projects, ensuring they stay on schedule, and collaborating with business and IT teams to drive successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple IT projects from planning through execution
• Keep projects on schedule by driving meetings, tracking action items, and removing roadblocks
• Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, budgets, and status reporting
• Communicate progress with leadership and ensure successful project delivery
• Lead an assessment to determine whether the business should move to SAP S/4HANA or Oracle EBS, then manage the implementation of the selected solution
• Lead an assessment and coordinate required ERP changes to meet new global wire transfer address requirements
• Manage the implementation of Spendlogic from planning through go-live

Requirements:

• 10+ years of IT Project or Program Management experience
• Experience leading large enterprise IT projects
• ERP project experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise applications
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to drive projects forward and hold teams accountable
• Experience managing multiple projects at the same time
• Aerospace & Defense industry experience is strongly preferred
