Customer Service & Benefits Advisor – Remote Representative

American Income Life is a company that has proudly served working-class families since 1951, providing life, accident, and supplemental health benefits. They are currently seeking motivated individuals to develop long-term relationships with clients through virtual appointments and provide ongoing customer service and support.

Responsibilities:

• Develop strong relationships with clients and families
• Provide ongoing customer service and support
• Maintain communication through virtual appointments and follow-up
• Conduct Zoom appointments from home
• Review benefits and available coverage options
• Help clients better understand their financial protection options
• Participate in virtual training and mentorship programs
• Develop communication and leadership skills
• Stay informed on company products and services
• Work alongside a supportive and energetic virtual team
• Attend team meetings and leadership development calls
• Grow within a positive and team-oriented culture

• Strong communicators
• Comfortable using computers and virtual platforms
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Outgoing, positive, and energetic
• Organized with effective time management skills
• Interested in growth and leadership opportunities
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older
• Basic work equipment is required: Computer or laptop, Reliable internet connection, Webcam and microphone, Quiet workspace
• A Life & Health Insurance License is required prior to working with clients
• Leadership or management experience is a plus, but not required
