FiNC is a nonprofit organization focused on connecting citizens with candidates who genuinely want to represent them. The Marketing Manager will oversee the marketing pipeline, coordinate content creation, and help shape the social and content strategy to enhance the organization's outreach efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the marketing pipeline end to end, social content and blogs, from idea to published
- Coordinate assignments across copywriters, designers, and video editors. Know who has what, catch what's stuck, and keep the work moving
- Schedule and post content across all our social platforms. Kari handles the deeper tech and systems side, so the two of you will work closely
- Pull together monthly analytics for all our socials and our website, so the team can see what's working and what isn't
- Help people grow: onboard new team members, run collaborative meetings, and give feedback that's actually useful
- Help shape our social and content strategy alongside our leadership team

- Some experience leading people or running projects. A formal management title isn't required. A club, a class project, a freelance crew, or a small team at a past job all count
- Some copywriting, enough to unstick a bottleneck or make a quick tweak
- Basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar)
- Minor video editing, a plus
- A feel for how social algorithms work, and ideas for growing our campaigns and our overall social strategy
- Comfortable on camera. This is a MAJOR plus. Think short videos, and possibly a spot on our podcast
- Good at pulling people together and keeping meetings collaborative
