Customer Service Representative (Remote)

DHZFitness is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join their remote support team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with product inquiries, orders, account updates, returns, and general support while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, and company policies
• Assist customers with order tracking, account updates, returns, exchanges, and general support requests
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional experience
• Document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions within company systems
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been fully resolved
• Process customer requests and escalate complex issues when appropriate
• Maintain accurate customer records and account information
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and service quality
• Stay informed about company products, promotions, and policy updates
• Maintain confidentiality and a customer-first approach in every interaction

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service, call centre support, retail, hospitality, or a related role is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
• Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional in challenging situations
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer requests efficiently
• Comfortable using computers, email platforms, CRM systems, and online collaboration tools
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace
• Experience using CRM platforms or customer support software
• Background supporting e-commerce, fitness, wellness, or subscription-based businesses
• Familiarity with online order management systems
• Understanding of customer experience best practices
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and internal systems
