Senior HR Business Partner

The Senior HR Business Partner will serve as a dedicated partner to leaders and employees, providing guidance across all aspects of the employee lifecycle and ensuring alignment with business priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business leaders to guide the development and delivery of strategic HR programs and processes that support the company’s mission, engages teammates, and develops talent
• Serve as a strategic, trusted partner. Coach leaders, effectively navigating change, building skills and capabilities, proposing solutions, and solving complex problems
• Support the development and execution of key programs and initiatives, including Inclusion and Diversity plans, employee engagement, management and employee development, rewards and recognition
• Strengthen processes and programs using advanced tools, technology, and systems to streamline efforts and enhance the employee experience
• Oversee complex employee relations. Develop proactive strategies to engage and retain talent and mitigate risk. Ensure policies and practices comply with laws, regulations and guidelines
• Conduct research and evaluate internal and external data and trends in support of organizational business needs. Succinctly and persuasively present findings and propose solutions
• Coordinate with team members and management to evaluate Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), FMLA, and accommodation requests
• Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required
• Maintain a superior level of technical HR skill, knowledge, and expertise, inclusive of legal knowledge and the latest trends and best practices to ensure accurate alignment of policies and procedures
• Serves as back-up support to HR Business Partner colleagues to ensure consistent, seamless customer service

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, required
• 5+ years of HR Business Partner experience partnering with executives in multiple disciplines or related strategic HR experience
