Sales Development Representative

Contentsquare is the all-in-one experience intelligence platform designed to be easily used by anyone who cares about digital journeys. They are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join their team and accelerate new business growth by generating pipeline through interactions with prospective customers.

Responsibilities:

• Generate high-quality pipeline that converts into revenue, through thoughtful and personalized outbound prospecting (cold calls, email, LinkedIn)
• Conduct account research, identify key decision makers, and build relationships with prospects across verticals and personas
• Own the top of funnel and act as a strategic partner to your Account Executive, aligning on target accounts, messaging, and opportunity quality (not just meeting volume)
• Partner with AEs and cross-functional teams to identify new pipeline opportunities and book qualified introductory meetings
• Become a subject matter expert on Contentsquare's platform and the digital analytics space

Requirements:

• 6+ months experience in sales or a relevant field; SaaS experience a plus
• Coachable with a genuine growth mindset: you seek out feedback, act on it quickly, and are always looking to sharpen your craft
• Strong communication and customer-centric skills, able to build trust and hold engaging conversations with prospects across all levels
• Self-starter with grit, perseverance, and strong analytical skills
• Comfortable operating with autonomy while thriving in a team-oriented, feedback-rich culture
• Track record of achieving sales metrics and the work ethic to consistently hit quota
