Sales Development Representative

VentureCopilot is a staffing and recruiting company. The Sales Development Representative will support the outbound sales motion by prospecting, engaging prospects, managing replies, maintaining CRM records, coordinating calls, and following up to keep the pipeline moving.

Responsibilities:

• Send and manage DMs across LinkedIn and other outbound channels
• Engage with prospects through LinkedIn comments to build visibility ahead of outreach
• Support list building and light prospect research as needed
• Monitor and respond to cold outreach replies in a timely, on-brand way
• Flag and escalate high-intent replies for the founder/sales lead to take over
• Keep conversation threads organized so nothing falls through the cracks
• Log reply status, notes, and next steps in the CRM
• Schedule and coordinate calls booked from replies
• Follow up on threads that go quiet to keep pipeline moving

Requirements:

• Prior experience in sales development, outbound execution, or lead qualification
• Comfortable with CRM tools and fast-paced reply management
• Strong written communication, replies reflect on the brand directly
