Sales Development Representative (DACH)

Ravelin Technology provides innovative solutions that make online transactions safer by preventing account takeover, chargeback fraud, promotion abuse, and voucher abuse. The Sales Development Representative will source and engage potential enterprise clients, conduct discovery and demo sessions, qualify opportunities, generate pipeline, and collaborate with sales, marketing, account management, and pre-sales teams.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct high level conversations with senior executives in customer & prospect accounts
• Contact 30+ prospects daily via email, Linkedin and other various forms of outreach
• Qualify pre-opportunities by identifying Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeframe
• Generate pipeline through marketing programs and coordinate meetings with Account Execs
• Research and build new and existing accounts (i.e. adding contacts, sending emails, strategic calling)

Requirements:

• Around 1 years experience in a professional environment (experience on phone or public speaking preferred)
• High ethical and moral standards and great at nourishing relationships
• Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills in both German and English (ideally native German speaker)
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Previous experience developing leads through targeted direct outreach and marketing campaigns
• Strong problem-solving skills

• Find, qualify, and connect with potential customers using AI-driven insights, intent signals, and data enrichment on Zoominfo

• Salesforce.com or other CRM experience a plus
• Outreach, SalesLoft or other Email Automation experience a plus
• Strong desire to move up in other sales functions
