Need Business Development Representative (BDR) with B2B Enterprise SaaS (OR) Technology Sales Experience:: Commission-Only:: Remote

AssureAgent is a behavioral QA and assurance platform for voice and digital AI agents. The Business Development Representative will own pipeline generation by researching target accounts, conducting outbound prospecting, qualifying prospects, and creating qualified meetings and sales opportunities for the Account Executive team.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and research target accounts and relevant contacts
• Conduct outbound prospecting through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Develop targeted and relevant outreach based on account and prospect research
• Engage potential buyers and influencers and develop relationships with them
• Qualify prospects and identify legitimate sales opportunities
• Create qualified meetings and opportunities for the AE
• Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the early sales process
• Maintain consistent and disciplined prospecting activity
• Work closely with the sales team to improve targeting, messaging, and qualification
• Build and continuously refine your understanding of AssureAgent's market and ideal customer profile
• Identify the right accounts and contacts
• Engage the right people
• Generate meaningful conversations
• Create qualified pipeline and legitimate sales opportunities
• Consistently contribute to new business generation
• Help build the sales engine of an emerging enterprise technology company
• Work in the rapidly evolving AI and enterprise software market
• Take meaningful ownership of pipeline generation
• Develop your skills across prospecting, enterprise engagement, and early-stage GTM
• Work directly with an entrepreneurial team and help build the sales organization from the ground up
• Earn through a performance-driven commission structure with significant upside
• Grow with the company as the sales organization develops

Requirements:

• • Ideally 1–3+ years of B2B SaaS or technology sales development experience
• • Lead generation experience into enterprise accounts is a strong plus
• • Experience in any of the following markets is valuable:

o Contact Center / CX

o Conversational AI / Agentic AI

o Enterprise Automation

o QA / Testing

o Cloud / Technology Infrastructure

o CRM / Customer Experience Platforms

• • Strong written and verbal communication skills and professional presence
• • Highly driven and comfortable with outbound prospecting
• • Persistent, self-motivated, and results oriented
• • Coachable and willing to continuously improve
• • Comfortable operating independently in an early-stage environment
• • Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to build something from the ground up
• AI experience is valuable, but it is not a requirement
