Enterprise Business Development Representative

myairops is a SaaS company serving the aviation industry with products for aircraft operators and aviation organizations. The Enterprise Business Development Representative will build the US outbound function by researching target accounts, engaging senior decision-makers through consultative outreach, qualifying opportunities, and generating qualified sales pipeline.

Responsibilities:

• Generate qualified sales opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting into corporate flight departments and charter operators across the US
• Research target accounts, identify decision‑makers and understand organisational structures, buying triggers and operational challenges
• Conduct high‑quality cold calls and multi‑channel outreach to engage prospective customers
• Qualify opportunities against agreed criteria before handing them over to the Account Executive team
• Follow up leads generated through marketing campaigns, webinars and industry events
• Reactivate dormant opportunities and help drive consistent pipeline growth
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging, targeting and outreach strategies
• Help build and improve outbound processes, tools and playbooks as the function grows

Requirements:

• • Proven experience in an outbound Business Development or Sales Development role within a SaaS business
• • Experience selling or prospecting complex, consultative software solutions involving multiple stakeholders and longer sales cycles
• • Experience prospecting within a niche or specialist market where research, preparation and quality of engagement outweigh activity volume
• • Excellent cold‑calling, communication and relationship‑building skills, with confidence engaging senior decision‑makers
• • Highly proactive, organised and self‑motivated, with the ability to work autonomously and take ownership
• • Strong commercial mindset with ambition to make a genuine impact and grow alongside the business
• • Accurate reporting and CRM management, ensuring HubSpot is always up to date with the latest information
• • Experience within the aviation industry
