Remote Client Success Specialist | Customer Service | Work From Home | Weekly Pay

AO Globe Life provides life, accident, and supplemental health insurance solutions for working families. The Remote Client Success Specialist will deliver customer service, educate clients about insurance benefits, recommend coverage, support enrollment, and maintain client relationships in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with members virtually through Zoom and phone appointments
• Welcome and onboard new clients with professionalism and care
• Educate clients on life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits
• Evaluate client needs and recommend personalized coverage solutions
• Guide members through the enrollment process
• Respond promptly to client questions and provide ongoing support
• Conduct policy reviews and assist with beneficiary updates
• Maintain accurate records while following company and state compliance guidelines
• Participate in weekly coaching, mentorship, and leadership development programs

• Applicants must be physically located in and legally authorized to work in the United States
• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate's expense
• Experience in customer service, client success, customer support, insurance, retail, hospitality, healthcare, banking, education, military, administration, call centers, or sales is welcomed—but not required
