Infinitice, LLC is a Louisville-based, Certified MBE IT staffing and data solutions firm founded in 2015. We provide IT staff augmentation, direct-hire and contract-to-hire placements, and data practice consulting to government agencies and commercial clients.
This is a ground-floor role for an entrepreneurial, self-directed Business Development Executive who knows how to open doors, build relationships, and bring new business to the table ? and who wants to help build the growth engine of the company, not just fill a quota.
You already have relationships with IT hiring managers, procurement leaders, HR professionals, or technology decision-makers. You may be an experienced IT staffing or technology sales professional looking for a more entrepreneurial opportunity with real upside and a real say in how the business grows.
You may already know how to sell, and you may already have the relationships. What you may not have is a firm with established government contracts, MBE/NMSDC certification opening doors that many competitors can't access, and a founder with real public-sector data governance credibility behind you.
