Marketing Manager

Chckvet is an all-in-one client engagement platform for modern veterinary practices. The Marketing Manager will execute marketing initiatives that generate qualified sales opportunities, with primary ownership of event and conference marketing, partner marketing, social media, content, customer engagement, and HubSpot operations.

Responsibilities:

• Execute pre-event marketing campaigns and attendee outreach
• Build emails, landing pages, lead-capture forms, and supporting campaign materials
• Coordinate conference materials, giveaways, promotions, and branded assets
• Create and publish real-time social content using photos, videos, and updates from our team
• Execute post-event follow-up campaigns, recap content, and lead nurture
• Help evaluate conference opportunities and improve our event playbook
• Occasionally travel to veterinary industry events
• Coordinate partner webinars and educational events
• Execute cross-promotional email and social campaigns
• Turn existing content into partner-ready marketing assets
• Promote partner and customer success stories
• Support podcasts, speaking engagements, and collaborative campaigns
• Maintain the partner marketing calendar and keep initiatives moving
• Promote conferences, webinars, podcasts, product launches, customer stories, and partner initiatives
• Turn real-time event updates into engaging social content
• Repurpose blogs, webinars, podcasts, videos, case studies, and customer data into multiple campaigns
• Create graphics, presentations, infographics, and marketing collateral
• Create and edit short-form videos, event footage, and customer testimonials
• Maintain a consistent and recognizable brand presence across channels
• Coordinate customer testimonials, video interviews, and case studies
• Transform customer results into credible, engaging marketing content
• Promote product launches and new features to existing customers
• Support customer engagement campaigns
• Monitor veterinary Facebook groups, LinkedIn, and partner communities
• Track conversations involving Chckvet, competitors, and relevant industry challenges
• Engage appropriately on behalf of Chckvet
• Surface sales opportunities and industry insights to leadership
• Build and maintain HubSpot workflows and automations
• Create landing pages, forms, email campaigns, and nurture sequences
• Manage contact segmentation and campaign lists
• Track campaign performance, attribution, and lead generation
• Build dashboards and marketing reports
• Maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, and campaign follow-up
• Learn Chckvet’s products, customers, messaging, partner ecosystem, and existing marketing assets
• Become proficient in our HubSpot environment and workflows
• Begin executing established campaigns alongside leadership
• Take ownership of event and conference marketing, partner marketing, and social media marketing
• Manage HubSpot campaigns, email marketing, customer testimonials, and reporting
• Establish a reliable rhythm for moving ideas from planning through execution
• Increase the number of qualified leads generated through marketing
• Improve conference ROI through consistent, repeatable execution
• Expand partner marketing initiatives
• Build scalable processes that reduce manual effort
• Ensure every conference, webinar, customer story, and partnership generates multiple useful marketing assets
• Become the operational engine behind Chckvet’s marketing efforts

Requirements:

• • Approximately 3–6 years of hands-on B2B marketing experience
• • Experience executing email marketing campaigns
• • Strong HubSpot experience or experience with a comparable marketing automation platform
• • Experience managing social media campaigns
• • Excellent organizational and project management skills
• • Strong written communication skills
• • Ability to manage multiple connected initiatives simultaneously
• • Comfortable working independently and proactively
• • High attention to detail and a strong bias toward execution
• • SaaS marketing experience
• • Event or conference marketing experience
• • Webinar or partner marketing experience
• • Canva or Adobe Creative Suite experience
• • Basic video editing experience
• • Community management or social listening experience
• • Veterinary, healthcare, or technology industry experience
• • Based in the Chicagoland area and interested in periodic in-person collaboration
