Affliliate Marketing Manager

Mingle Mocktails is a fast-growing brand in the adult non-alcoholic beverage space, offering premium mocktails, mixers, and functional social beverages. The Affiliate Marketing Manager will build, manage, and optimize affiliate and creator marketing programs across ShopMy, Amazon, and other partner channels to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue. The role will also oversee partner relationships, campaign performance, promotional strategies, reporting, budgets, and profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Building, managing, and optimizing Mingle Mocktails’ affiliate marketing program across multiple platforms (ShopMy & Amazon) and partners
• Identifying and recruiting new affiliate partners, negotiating partner agreements, and maintaining strong relationships with influencers, creators, and affiliate networks like ShopMy
• Planning and executing campaigns, developing promotional assets and offers, and tracking performance to increase traffic, conversions, and revenue
• Monitoring analytics, optimizing campaigns based on data, coordinating with marketing, e-commerce, and brand teams, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across affiliate channels
• Reporting on KPIs, managing budgets, and staying current on affiliate marketing trends and best practices within the beverage and consumer packaged goods sectors
• Manage ShopMy end to end: recruitment, commission strategy, gifting, and Opportunities
• Build a clear path for every creator from gifting, to affiliate, to long-term partnership
• Rank creators by revenue and shift time and budget toward the top performers
• Recruit and manage creators in Amazon's influencer and affiliate programs, and set commission and incentive levels that protect margin
• Own the relationship with Mingle's Amazon creator agency, aligning campaigns around priority products, seasonal moments, and inventory pushes
• Track sales by creator and shift effort toward the creators and content that convert
• Negotiate & manage paid creator deals with clear deliverables, usage rights & rates tied to performance
• Work with paid media partners to run ads from top-performing creator content
• Own the relationship with Mingle's TikTok Shop creator agency, coordinating so creators are never duplicated or double paid
• Once Amazon, ShopMy, and paid creator programs are running smoothly, take on the curated creator database, outreach, and product seeding for organic gifting
• Partner with Emily on creative direction so creator content matches the Mingle voice
• Timing and scope for this phase will be set once the initial channels are stable
• Report monthly on spend, attributed revenue, ROAS, and creator performance
• Set a profitable ROAS target with leadership, then cut or fix anything that falls below it
• Keep one simple dashboard current so leadership can see what is working at any time

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in affiliate marketing, partner management, or performance marketing, preferably within CPG, beverage, or e-commerce environments
• Strong skills in campaign planning, performance analysis, and optimization using analytics tools and dashboards
• Ability to develop compelling affiliate offers, promotional strategies, and marketing assets that align with brand guidelines
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills for working with affiliates, influencers, and internal stakeholders
• Comfort working in a remote, fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills & attention to detail
• Proficiency with affiliate platforms or networks (ShopMy, Impact) and basic understanding of tracking, attribution, and A/B testing
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, and content marketing that support affiliate growth
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Work remotely, ideally in major metropolitan market
• Passion for wellness, and emerging consumer trends, with enthusiasm for affiliate marketing
