Sales Development Representative (SDR)

SA Technologies Inc. is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive new business opportunities across the US market. The role focuses on B2B prospecting, qualifying opportunities, scheduling sales meetings, and promoting AI-led technology consulting, staffing, and hiring solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Generate qualified B2B opportunities through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and targeted outbound campaigns
• Identify and engage CIOs, CTOs, VPs, Directors, Engineering leaders, HR, and Talent Acquisition decision-makers
• Prospect organizations with requirements across AI/GenAI, technology consulting, contract staffing, and permanent technology hiring
• Position SA Technologies' capabilities across AI Engineering, Data, Cloud, Software Engineering, and Technology Talent Solutions
• Conduct initial discovery, qualify opportunities, and schedule meetings for the sales team
• Build and maintain a strong prospect and opportunity pipeline
• Leverage CRM, sales intelligence platforms, and AI-enabled prospecting tools to improve outreach and productivity
• Meet defined targets for qualified meetings and sales opportunities

Requirements:

• 1–4 years of US B2B sales / inside sales experience, preferably within IT services, technology consulting, or IT staffing
• Experience in cold calling, prospecting, lead generation, and appointment setting within the US market
• Good understanding of technology services, contract staffing, and full-time hiring solutions
• Strong communication, prospecting, and relationship-building skills
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
• Awareness of AI, GenAI, Data, Cloud, and emerging technology trends will be an advantage
