National Partner Manager, UCaaS/CCaaS Products

GoTo provides technology solutions that simplify and empower daily life for businesses and people. The National Partner Manager will manage national Technology Solutions Distributor partners for UCaaS and CCaaS products, develop partner strategies, drive pipeline and growth, lead events and enablement, and coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations.

Responsibilities:

• TSD Alignment & Partner Strategy: Serve as the primary point of contact for GoTo’s national Technology Solutions Distributor (TSD) partners. Develop and maintain a business plan for each TSD, lead regular cadence calls, and align regional and national teams to drive double-digit year-over-year growth
• Field Alignment & Events: Connect GoTo’s field sales teams with partner field organizations to build joint pipeline. Own the partner event engagement strategy, including annual sponsorships, conferences, and TSD-hosted events, with around 50% travel
• Education & Mindshare: Grow awareness and preference for GoTo’s UC and CX portfolio across the partner community. Deliver enablement and training that equips partner sellers to position GoTo solutions with confidence
• Pipeline & Performance Management: Track partner-sourced pipeline and run monthly sales reporting that brings together partner and GoTo data. Work with internal stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Operations to remove obstacles and get things done

Requirements:

• Proven channel sales experience (required)
• Established relationships across the TSD and channel ecosystem, with a track record of building new ones and making an impact quickly
• Strategic, ambitious, and self-sufficient, with excellent time management and the ability to balance many partners and priorities at once
• ideally managing national TSD or strategic partner relationships in UCaaS, CCaaS, or SaaS
• Contact center (CX) experience strongly preferred
• a sales background and confidence leading executive-level conversations
• Salesforce experience preferred
