Senior Product Marketing Manager - EMEA

Camunda is an enterprise platform for agentic orchestration that helps organizations coordinate AI agents, people, and systems across complex business processes. The Senior Product Marketing Manager will own positioning and messaging, competitive intelligence, go-to-market execution, field enablement, and market research for a product area while partnering with product, sales, and demand generation teams.

Responsibilities:

• Own positioning and messaging for your product area, translating technical capability into a clear value proposition for both technical and business buyers
• Build and maintain a competitive intelligence program that sales actually uses, not just battlecards that sit in a folder
• Lead go-to-market execution for launches in your area, coordinating across product, sales, and demand gen so the message is consistent everywhere it shows up
• Arm the field with content that works in real conversations: pitch decks, demos, solution briefs, and objection handling
• Use market and customer research to inform product and positioning decisions, not just to validate ones already made
• Mentor and support other marketers on your team, sharing what you've learned without being asked

Requirements:

• Significant experience in B2B product marketing, ideally in enterprise software, with a track record of owning positioning and messaging end to end, not just contributing pieces of it
• A real competitive intelligence practice under your belt. You've built and maintained a program that sales relied on, not just responded to research requests as they came in
• Comfort marketing technical products to technical buyers. You can go deep enough into a technical concept to be credible with a developer, and simplify it enough to be clear to an executive
• Field enablement experience at scale. You've built programs that changed how a sales team talked about a product, and you know how to tell if it worked
• Strong cross-functional instincts. You know how to build trust with product and sales without relying on authority, and how to bring people along on a positioning decision rather than just announcing it
• Comfort using AI tools in your day to day work. This isn't a checkbox, it's part of how the role actually operates
