Sales & Account Manager - With a love for Skincare

RegimenPro is a women-owned e-commerce platform connecting skincare professionals with medical-grade skincare brands and AI-driven personalization technology. The Sales & Account Manager will grow business within an assigned territory by acquiring new practices, managing existing accounts, presenting the platform, and achieving territory sales and growth goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and grow RegimenPro business within an assigned territory, working with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, med spas, estheticians, and other skincare professionals
• Prospect, qualify, and onboard new practices to the RegimenPro platform while managing and growing an existing account portfolio
• Provide a high level of customer service and support across every account
• Build strong, long-term relationships with physicians, providers, practice owners, aestheticians, practice managers, and other key stakeholders
• Deliver compelling presentations and platform demonstrations that communicate the value of RegimenPro and its portfolio of 35+ leading medical-grade skincare brands
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within both prospective and existing accounts
• Serve as a trusted resource for practices, helping accounts use RegimenPro's platform, tools, and brand portfolio to support patients and grow their skincare business
• Achieve and/or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives and territory growth goals
• Drive continued account growth and identify opportunities to increase patient registrations, product recommendations, engagement, and sales
• Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of RegimenPro's platform, technology, partner brands, products, educational resources, and sales tools
• Stay current on medical-grade skincare trends, new product launches, clinical education, and developments within the aesthetics industry
• Conduct virtual and in-person account meetings, platform demonstrations, and training
• Independently develop and execute territory plans, prospecting strategies, account priorities, and follow-up activities
• Maintain accurate, timely records of sales activity, account interactions, opportunities, and pipeline in the CRM
• Analyze territory and account performance to identify opportunities for continued growth and increased engagement
• Collaborate closely with RegimenPro's sales, marketing, education, operations, and leadership teams to support account success and company growth
• Communicate customer feedback, competitive insights, market trends, and new opportunities to the broader RegimenPro team
• Demonstrate strong coaching and teaching abilities when educating accounts on the RegimenPro platform and available resources
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving, decision-making, analytical, and strategic-thinking capabilities
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative, fast-moving team
• Travel occasionally for account meetings, training, company meetings, and industry events as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3+ years of successful B2B sales, account management, territory management, or outside sales experience
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives and successfully growing a territory or portfolio of accounts
• Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and written and verbal communication skills
• High degree of self-motivation with the ability to independently manage a territory, prioritize opportunities, and take ownership of results
• Competitive, results-driven mindset with a strong desire to meet and exceed goals
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts, opportunities, and priorities simultaneously
• Experience with CRM platforms, Google Workspace and digital communication tools
• Comfortable conducting both virtual and in-person sales presentations, demonstrations, and account training
• Genuine passion for skincare, aesthetics, innovation, and helping practices grow
• Experience within medical aesthetics, medical-grade or professional skincare, dermatology, med spa, pharmaceutical/med-device sales, or a related industry is strongly preferred
• Previous recognition or awards for outstanding sales performance are a plus
• Existing relationships within dermatology, plastic surgery, medical aesthetics, med spa, or professional skincare are a strong plus
• Experience within a startup or high-growth organization is a plus
