Growth Marketing Manager

1031X is a specialized Qualified Intermediary serving real estate investors in tax-deferred exchanges. The Growth Marketing Manager drives measurable growth by developing and optimizing acquisition and retention campaigns, improving funnel performance, and increasing client engagement. The role uses analytics and experimentation to guide decisions and collaborates with sales, product, and leadership to advance business objectives and improve the investor journey.

Responsibilities:

• The Growth Marketing Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for driving measurable growth across digital and offline channels
• This role develops, executes, and optimizes growth campaigns to attract qualified real estate investors, improve funnel performance, and increase client engagement
• Day-to-day tasks include building and iterating acquisition and retention strategies, managing multi-channel campaigns, and monitoring key performance metrics to guide decision-making
• The Growth Marketing Manager collaborates closely with sales, product, and leadership to align growth initiatives with business objectives, refine messaging, and improve the investor journey
• This role also tests new channels and tactics, manages marketing projects from concept to launch, and maintains a data-informed approach to experimentation and optimization

Requirements:

• Demonstrated expertise in growth-focused disciplines, including Growth Marketing and Marketing Automation
• Strong analytical capabilities with hands-on experience in Marketing Analytics and Web Analytics to interpret data and optimize performance
• Proven Project Management skills to plan, execute, and track multi-channel campaigns and cross-functional initiatives
• Experience with demand generation, digital channels (e.g., paid search, paid social, email), and funnel optimization for B2B or investment-focused audiences
• Ability to develop hypotheses, run A/B tests, and use data to inform strategy and continuous improvement
• Clear, concise communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with remote, cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Familiarity with real estate, financial services, or investment products is strongly preferred
