Senior Retail Marketing Manager, LATAM

Ōura is hiring a Senior Retail Marketing Manager to lead retail marketing across Latin America. The role builds partner relationships and develops, executes, and optimizes marketing programs to support customer acquisition and retention, coordinating with internal teams and regional retail partners.

Responsibilities:

• Develop & execute marketing programs in partnership with internal and external marketing and creative teams to achieve business goals
• Drive cross-functional execution of retail marketing programs to meet Oura business goals that are within agreed-upon budgets and KPIs
• Coordinating and managing marketing brand assets and deliver on time to creative teams, while following-up and delivering to retail partners
• Track and optimize marketing programs, utilizing results to improve efficiency
• Serve as primary marketing point- of contact for Regional partners
• Analyze campaign and project performance, applying data and critical thinking to inform decisions and implement solutions
• Provide strategic input during the Retail Marketing goal creation process
• Influencing Regional Retail Marketing team and accounts they support
• Cultivate and maintain productive relationships, networking internally and eternally with marketing counterparts at Regional accounts
• Participating actively in interviewing and onboarding of new employees

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in a Retail Channel Marketing/ Partner Marketing role
• Experience executing Retail/ Channel marketing activities and OPEX investments
• Understanding how retailers measure and manage their businesses (CPC, CPA, LTV, ROAS)
• Understanding retail marketing levers that drive traffic in-store and online
• Excellent communicator, superb verbal and written communication
• Extremely high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Experience working with retail partners building in-store experiences through permanent fixtures, temporary displays, staff training and education
• Experience maintaining comarketing and OPEX budgets with fiscal responsibility
• Highly effective at managing conflict. Is able to address issues between stakeholders swiftly in order to maintain a positive team spirit that is consistent with Ōura values
• Strong interpersonal skills, approachable and flexible
• Experience with navigating various organizational environments where culture and structure varies
• Bilingual - English & Spanish
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Economics
